At Backyard Discovery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living space. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via phone or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all components are disassembled and placed back into their original packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large freight items like pergolas or swing sets, we will coordinate with a specialized carrier to schedule a convenient curbside pickup time from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items to confirm they are in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
